Registrations are now open for online participation and in-person events in Perth and Brisbane.  If you can't make the in-person AGM meetings yourself, you are welcome to join us at post-meeting networking events. 

The Perth and online AGM will commence at 15:00 AWST.  The Brisbane event will commence at 16:30 AEST and will include half an hour of pre-meeting networking.

Committee Nomination and Voting

Five nominations for 2026 are required for Committee members. Nominations have now closed

Only Ordinary members are entitled to vote for committee members up to the AGM.  You can vote for committee members via our dedicated 2026 Committee Voting form prior to the AGM (commencing 30th July 2026).  Voting concludes at 11.59pm 25th August 2026 before the AGM.

If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to vote on other matters, you may appoint a proxy via * AGM Proxy Form.  (Proxy nomination is required 24hrs prior to the AGM)

 

Sub Committee Nominations

Nominations for supporting the CPPA on sub-committees is now open and closes on 25th August 2026. 

As a CPPA ordinary member, you can nominate for one or all sub-committees.  Participation for nominees will be decided by the Management Committee after the AGM af the first Management Committee meeting.

Voting on Resolutions

Special resolution to be put forward at the 2026 AGM for voting will be advertised here.

Currently no resolutions have been nominated.

Only Ordinary members are entitled to vote on resolutions up until the AGM. If voting is required, it will be completed via online voting and will close 11.59pm on the 25th August.
