Closure professionals have to communicate the business case for closure across several areas of the business including:
- Justifying provisions and budgets for progressive closure or studies required to inform closure to senior management.
- Persuading the production team to implement materials management practices and progressive closure.
We have some great panellists lined up to speak about their experiences and give their advice on making business cases for closure.
