Presentation description:
Closure projects are frequently affected by various issues resulting in higher costs and longer schedules than originally anticipated. Drawing on practical contractor experience, this presentation examines the technical, operational, regulatory and commercial challenges that commonly arise during the transition from closure-ready site to the active execution phase.
